Why three players matter
Every official co-op badge requires at least three players. The ladder starts at Shift 5 and continues through Shifts 10, 15, 20, and 25.
Simple role split
A practical three-player setup is one cooking lead, one service lead, and one flexible safety lead who watches guests and helps whichever station is falling behind. This is a coordination recommendation, not an official class system.
- Cooking lead: keep order preparation moving.
- Service lead: deliver finished orders before patience runs out.
- Safety lead: scan guests, react to anomalies, and cover the busiest station.
