Three-Player Co-op Guide

Use a clear three-role setup to climb the five official co-op milestones.

The official co-op ladder

All five co-op badges require at least three players. Targets are Shift 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25, ending with The Whole Team.

Use stable roles, not rigid walls

Start with cooking, service, and safety leads. Roles should flex when one station is overloaded, but one person must still own the dining-room scan so anomaly coverage does not disappear during a rush.

Target one badge per run

If the group has never reached Shift 10, plan for Working Together rather than Shift 25. The official award snapshot falls from 41,734 Full Staff awards to only 28 The Whole Team awards, showing how quickly the crew route becomes demanding.
